Leanne Galloway (she/her)

Leanne Galloway has been in education for 18 years, 13 of which have been in middle and senior leadership roles in the UK and Asia. She graduated with BSc (Hons) in Law from the University of Exeter, followed by a PGCE in Early Years, and has taught in state and independent schools as well as working in a freelance capacity as an early years consultant and Ofsted inspector. Leanne brings a breadth of experience from leading large early settings with children as young as 18 months old, to supporting schools as a School Improvement Partner. Her work has enabled her to work with many early years providers focused on bringing about rapid improvement. Leanne is a frequent presenter for companies which specialise in providing professional development for teachers and early years practitioners. She is passionate about early childhood development and has a love for creating wonderful environments in which children can play, learn and explore.
