Maggie Bolger (she/her)
Maggie Bolger is the founder of Get Otii. She spent 20+ years building childcare businesses, co-founding Maggie & Rose, growing the nursery and family club concept to seven sites across four countries and later b-together. A traumatic Ofsted inspection changed everything. It showed her how much good practice depends on being able to prove it and how few settings had the tools to do that. Get Otii grew out of that gap, built to help settings hold onto the evidence of the work they're already doing well.
