I started my career as a primary school teacher and soon realised that my passion was in the early years. I taught reception class for 12 years before becoming a consultant for the local authority, supporting early years settings and delivering training. In 2012 I made the brave move to remortgage my house to set up my first nursery. 12 years later I acquired my 7th nursery.
