Mikaela Green (she/her)

Mikaela Danielle Green, MSc, BCBA is a board-certified behaviour analyst and clinical director with over 19 years’ experience leading early intervention programmes for children with autism and related disabilities. She specialises in integrating Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to create inclusive, evidence‑based learning environments. Mikaela has held senior leadership roles across specialist schools and centres in London and Essex, served as a board member of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis, and continues to champion high‑quality practice through staff training, clinical governance, and family partnership. Her work focuses on making research accessible and practical for educators and families, ensuring children build confidence, communication, and independence from their earliest years.
