Jenny Weidner (she/her)
Jenny has over 20 years of experience in early years and primary education which gives her a rich perspective on the complex needs within education. She is an accomplished leadership strategist, consultant, coach, keynote speaker and author. Her upcoming publication with Routledge, Coaching for Effective Leadership in the Early Years explores how to use coaching within early years leadership to foster reflection, enhance agency, and build capacity amidst the sector’s biggest challenges. Â
 Jenny helps early years settings and organisations turn accidental leaders into intentional ones: confident, capable and resilient. Through this work, she enables them to move beyond firefighting to create thriving, purpose-led teams and a sustainable future.Â
