A decade as a nursery manager and a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), born in Zimbabwe and raised as the eldest in a mixed-race family, Lorraine’s journey reflects resilience and breaking stereotypes. She brings this rich cultural perspective into her leadership, fostering inclusive practices that celebrate diverse identities. With a BA Honours in Education & Leadership in Practice and a forthcoming master’s in leadership, Lorraine excels at building thriving teams, driving recruitment, and creating inclusive cultures. Outside of her professional achievements, Lorraine is a Christian wife and devoted mother of three who loves reading, baking, and nurturing a love for nature.
