Trisha Lee (she/her)

Trisha is the founder and artistic director of MakeBelieve Arts and a leading advocate for children’s storytelling in the early years. Building on the work of Vivian Gussin Paley, she developed Helicopter Stories in the UK and is the author of several books, including the best selling Princesses, Dragons and Helicopter Stories. Trisha has spoken at major early years conferences in the UK and internationally, including NAEYC, and continues to champion story rich, inclusive practice that ensures every child’s voice is heard.
